TMHA Reaches 2,000 Likes With A Renewed Focus On Social Media

TMHA is focusing on social media activity to engage with owners and operators online, and recently celebrated reaching 2000 likes on Facebook.

Spending more time on Facebook for work is usually seen as unproductive, but according to THMA general manager of marketing and business development George Malamatinis, the activity on Facebook and LinkedIn helps TMHA reach its customers in an unprecedented way.

"It's fantastic to see so many online users 'like' us, which reflects well on our position as the market-leader in sales of our equipment.

"Social media allows us to give users a 'behind-the-scenes' tour of our company, providing tips and value-adding articles for our customers. It's also where we can share entertaining articles or pictures, and we're able to be a bit more personal," Mr Malamatinis said.

"Many operators have an emotional connection with our product that can't be seen in sales figures, but we're able to gauge them on social media. I want to thank them all for supporting us online."

TMHA is posting to its Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/toyotamaterialhandlingau) and LinkedIn ( https://www.linkedin.com/company/toyota-material-handling-australia) pages to provide entertaining and informative content for those in the material handling, warehousing and distribution industries.

TMHA's Facebook page is Australia's number one local forklift brand page on Facebook.
