As we draw closer to the end of 2021, I would like to take this opportunity to recognise all of our hard working staff for their ongoing dedication, and say thank you to our customers and suppliers for their commitment to Toyota Material Handling Australia.
It has been a challenging year on many fronts however we end it stronger thanks to our dedicated TMHA people, and our valued customers and suppliers who have continued to support us throughout these challenging times.
There is no doubt that this year has certainly been full of ups and downs. Personally it has been extremely fulfilling to recognise the role that TMHA, as Australia’s largest material handling equipment supplier, has played in keeping the goods moving through the supply chain during this pandemic.
From distribution of vaccines, to supporting the grocery industry, to primary producers – including fruit and vegetables, livestock, and poultry – our Toyota forklifts and ongoing support has helped to ensure Australia is well stocked and continues to function as normally as possible. It a role we take incredibly seriously, and not just about maintaining good business but also keeping our great nation moving.
From the outset of this pandemic and throughout 2021 our priority first and foremost has been and remains the health and safety of our people and those we engage with. I am so incredibly proud of our people for their devotion and their ability to adapt to changing circumstances, none more so than our Field Service and Sales Teams, who have operated each day on the front-line. I recognise and thank all our staff for their contribution and continue to recognise their efforts daily.
Looking forward I am excited to announce we have some exciting new products in the wings for 2022 release, including a new range of equipment which will continue to promote Toyota’s spirit of innovation and commitment to environmental preservation.
We are also looking forward to the launch of our state-of-the-art TMHA Experience Centre at our Moorebank head office, which will showcase not only our rich legacy, but also our clear vision for the future. I look forward to being able to share more information on these items with you in the not too distant future.
