A prominent Sydney building site waste removal company is benefiting from the time-saving features of Toyota Huski skid steer loaders and Toyota's after-sales service programs to get the job done more quickly and efficiently.
Macleans Waste Management, which has 25 years' experience in the industry, specialises in complete worksite clean-ups with a 24-hour turnaround and the means to recycle 98 per cent of the materials removed from the site.
Its large fleet of machinery includes two Toyota Huski 5SDK skid steer loaders in 600kg and 900kg variants, which the company recently acquired to replace those of another brand.
Macleans Waste Management founder Alan Maclean said the Toyota Huski 5SDKs were especially useful to his operators, backed by what he called "outstanding attention to detail" from Toyota's after-sales service initiatives.
"Our purchase of Toyota products was guided somewhat by a subcontractor who had successfully used Toyota skid steer loaders in the past, but I'm very glad we made the decision to change," Mr Maclean said.
"In our business we require fast turnarounds but also a high quality result, and the Toyota Huski skid steer loaders help us achieve that by being very reliable, efficient and user-friendly.
"Toyota's after-sales service has also been particularly impressive. The people are helpful and friendly, and they provide a complete maintenance program, which gives us peace of mind and allows us to get on with our job," Mr Maclean added.
Toyota Material Handling Australia's Sydney Sales Manager Grant Ginger said Toyota Huski skid steer loaders offered strength, performance and reliability in a package ideally suited to clearing worksites of all sizes.
"The Toyota Huski 5SDK skid steer loader was developed and tested in Australia, specifically for our applications and conditions," Mr Ginger said.
"The new steering control system provides smooth, precise handling and control, which is especially useful when negotiating tight areas where building frames must be protected.
"This is in addition to features such as a large-capacity high pressure resistant HST motor, pressure reduction rings for each of the lift and dump cylinders to improve gasket seal protection, and wedge-shaped pins that move vertically instead of horizontally to secure the bucket in place for reduced noise.
"Toyota Huski skid steer loaders also feature an environmentally friendly design that is completely free of asbestos, mercury and cadmium, which aligns with Macleans' commitment to recycling and eco-friendly practices," Mr Ginger said.
