TMHA Announces Senior Management Appointments

Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA) has announced two senior management promotions.

Mr Cameron Paxton, currently general manager Branch Operations Australia, will assume the position of general manager Sales Australia, reporting to TMHA executive vice president and chief operating officer, Mr Steve Takacs.

The new position, effective from 1 October, will have overall accountability for policy and procedure to achieve new equipment market share, volume and profit targets.

Mr Paxton has served in his current role since October 2012, where he has assisted in creating a true 'One Company' national platform and driven overall company branch performance in difficult market and economic conditions, including the establishment of five new branches.

Mr Roy Norris, currently branch manager Melbourne, will relocate to TMHA's Moorebank headquarters in Sydney to take over the role of general manager Branch Operations Australia, also effective as of 1 October.

Mr Norris joined TMHA in August 2012. His new position carries overall responsibility for national branch operational results, including Work Health Safety & Environment, Compliance, and all branch operational KPIs.

All TMHA branch managers will report directly to Mr Norris in this new position.
