TMHA Sales and Service Awards Highlight Growth From Within

Toyota Material Handling Australia's (TMHA) South Australian and New South Wales branches dominated the 2015 National Sales and Service awards, announced at a gala dinner held at Sydney's Four Points Hotel.

Hosted by Australian record-holding paralympic skier Michael Milton, the gala dinner highlighted Toyota Material Handling Australia's continual dedication and service to business partners and customers.

TMHA Executive Vice President and COO Steve Takacs congratulated the winning branches on their solid performances in a competitive and strong year for the brand nationally.

TMHA Adelaide took home the 2015 Metropolitan Branch of the Year award, its second consecutive title and third Branch of the Year award since 2012.

TMHA's Adelaide branch also took both Best Rental Department and Best Service Department awards to further solidify its dominance at this year's ceremony.

TMHA's flourishing Queanbeyan branch picked up the 2015 Regional Branch of the Year award while TMHA Sydney was presented with the Branch Award for Best Sales Department.

Neil Nand from TMHA's national corporate accounts team was announced as the winner of the 2015 Sales Champion of the Year award.

Mr Takacs said the results display growth and confidence from the entire network.

"Retaining the number one sales position in the market is not the end goal for TMHA, but rather continuous improvement so that we should continue to maintain and extend our lead," he said.

"We believe awards and recognition of our staff highlight the importance of the customer experience in TMHA's complete service offering.

"Seeing many deserving winners and some very close competition between branches is a reassurance that our determination to remain a strong number one is driven from within."
