Toyota Huski The Natural Choice For Agricultural Business

One of NSW's leading agricultural distribution companies has purchased its first Toyota Huski skid-steer loader to help ensure reliable and efficient service for its customers.

Pursehouse Rural chose the 'top dog' in the Toyota skid-steer range, the Huski 5DSK11, capable of a 900kg operating load capacity and designed with maximum power to handle the toughest of applications.

Operated from Pursehouse's bulk fertiliser and blending plant near its Quirindi head office, the Toyota Huski is put to work moving solid fertiliser as well as blending fertiliser to its customers' specific requirements.

The Huski 5SDK11 is the first Toyota skid-steer loader in Pursehouse's fleet and was chosen for its ability to handle a larger payload than its previous skid-steer loader. Even with the larger load capabilities, the Huski 5SDK11 still provides excellent dumping ability and manoeuvrability.

Pursehouse Rural director Rod Roseby said the decision to buy a Toyota Huski was an easy one given their existing partnership with Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA).

"We have proudly used Toyota forklifts for over 15 years, and after a great working relationship over that time Toyota was the natural choice when we needed to upgrade our skid-steer loader," Mr Roseby said.

"Given our remote locations, Toyota's capability to assist us with servicing or technical advice proved that they are the most reliable when it comes to giving our business the best support."

TMHA Newcastle area sales manager Allan Peacock said the service it has provided to Pursehouse throughout their partnership has made a big difference to its operations.

"We're happy that TMHA products have been integral to Pursehouse's success given how much the company has grown over the past decade or so.

"We're able to send out service technicians directly to where the machines are located. In doing so we gain more understanding of their business, which helps us to help them.

"We know Pursehouse will go from strength to strength and we'll be there to add another Huski to the line-up when they need it!" Mr Peacock said.

Pursehouse Rural has been supplying the highest quality agricultural products and services to regional Australia for 54 years.

Its wide range of rural supplies include agricultural chemicals, solid and liquid fertilisers, planting seed, animal health products and stock feeds, fencing products, garden supplies, pet food and light machinery.
